Kitchen

Do you have the greatest recipe ever? Would people buy it? Would you love selling it? We may have just what you need to produce your specialty food item for sale.

The Bonner Business Center is the site of one of the first shared-use commercial kitchens specifically set up to encourage the development of small food-based businesses. If you’d love to sell that special food that has been a family tradition, we can help. The 1400 sq. ft. facility is certified and equipped for the production and packaging of acidic or acidified products, preserved products and baked goods. We know the many resources in this area that can help you get started.

Sadly, the kitchen is not licensed by the USDA for the production of packaged meat products.

The kitchen rents for $10.75 per hour, including the use of all equipment. Some dry and refrigerated storage space is available, and rents by the month.
